Congratulations Michelle.

🌟 Honoring Monrovia Rotary: A True Community Partner 🌟

We are thrilled to recognize the Monrovia Rotary Club as a special honorary for this year's Make a Difference Day, celebrating their long-standing commitment and support! Guided by their values of integrity, service, fellowship, and community engagement, the Rotary Club of Monrovia has made a lasting impact on our community.

From transforming an abandoned reservoir site into the cherished Rotary Park and funding the Vietnam Memorial in Library Park, their contributions are woven into the fabric of our town. Last year, they revitalized Rotary Park by painting the walls a vibrant blue and yellow and cleaning the area, adding to their legacy of enhancing community spaces.

Their dedication goes beyond physical projects—whether it’s supporting the local library, constructing "Fort Rotary" at Trask Scout Camp, or ensuring access to clean water with a water filling station on Myrtle Avenue, the Monrovia Rotary Club truly embodies the spirit of making a difference.

We are incredibly grateful for their unwavering support and the positive change they bring to our community year after year. Thank you, Monrovia Rotary Club, for all you do! 💙 #MakeADifferenceDay #RotaryClub #CommunitySupport #ThankYou

What is Rotary you ask? Look around town or around the globe and you can see how our world has improved, due to the efforts of Rotary.

Rotary members from 21 districts, in partnership with UNICEF, are working with local governments to develop and implement immunization programs to protect 100,000 children from rotavirus, pneumococcal disease, and cervical cancer across nine South Pacific Island countries, including Kiribati and Fiji. The Give Every Child a Future project is committed to strengthening the immunization programs in each country so that these vaccines continue to be delivered to future generations of children. Tarawa, Kiribati. 28 March 2023.

What is Rotary you ask? Only the original Service Club founded in Chicago. Whether we are around town or around the globe, Rotary makes a difference in so many lives. Take a look!
