Rotarians Mary Ann Lutz and Tom Adams win Monrovia Election
Congratulations are in order for fellow Rotarians Mary Ann Lutz and Tom Adams!
Mayor Mary Ann Lutz ran unopposed in the local election held Tuesday, April 13 retaining her seat as Mayor of our fine city.
Mayor Pro Tem Tom Adams ran successfully as an incumbent against fellow incumbent Becky Shevlin and newcomers Chris Ziegler and Jason Cosylion. Joe Espinosa was also on the ballot, however he pulled out of the race prior to the election.
Tom Adams was able to retain one of the two open seats on the City Council, while the other was also retained by Becky Shevlin.
Contratulations to all the winners and we look forward to more good things happening in Monrovia!
